This site only collects personal data that you provide voluntarily:

Contact form: your name, your email address and the content of your message.

Waitlists (Ordavena, Sponstra): your email address.

No data is collected without your knowledge, and the site performs no profiling.

03Purposes and legal basis

Information sent through the contact form reaches us by email at info@redpanda.studio and is used solely to respond to your request. Legal basis: your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR).

Waitlist email addresses are used to notify you when the relevant product launches. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

04Recipients and processors

Your data is intended for Renaud Patris only. It is never sold, transferred or exchanged, and is not passed to any external provider.

05Retention period

Contact data: kept for the time needed to handle your request, then deleted no later than 3 years after the last exchange.

Waitlists: until the product launches or until you unsubscribe.

06Hosting and data location

All data is hosted on a dedicated OVH server located in the European Union (Roubaix, France). No data is transferred outside the European Union.

07Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA): www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

08Cookies

As it stands, this site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising trackers. No cookie consent is therefore required.

If an analytics tool were added later, this policy would be updated and your consent collected beforehand.
